The Villa
This magnificent 19th century building, overlooking the town of Mandelieu-La-Napoule, offers a panoramic view of its garden of more than 5,000 square meters and the Cannes basin.
The villa is offered in its entirety or divided, according to your needs and wishes, into three totally "independent" and cleverly designed levels, with 3 large living rooms with lounges and dining rooms, 3 semi-open kitchens fully furnished and equipped and with a capacity of 11 bedrooms. All rooms have their own bathroom and toilet.
Composition of each level:
* Top floor:
3 bedrooms with 3 beds in 160 and 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub / toilet.
* Second floor:
4 bedrooms (two with their own bathroom) with 3 single beds and 2 single beds.
* Garden level:
3 bedrooms and bathrooms including 1 bed in 140, 2 beds in 90 and 1 bed in 160 + a large bedroom (30m2) on the same level completely independent with 1 bed in 160.
** The villa can be adapted according to the number of people you are**.

16 persons : 2 levels at your disposal
8 to 6 persons : 1 level
The exteriors reveal a beautiful swimming pool of 13 meters by 5 with a pool house equipped with a bathroom, many spaces conducive to relaxation and entertainment (bowling).
Conviviality assured with the endless outdoor dining table or the lounges to enjoy breakfasts while admiring the fantastic sea view.

Centralized air conditioning, free wifi access, more than 6 parking spaces available, linen and cleaning at the end of the stay is not included in the rental price 45€ per person.
